Vendor fee is NONREFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS, and is not transferable to another date.
This event will be canceled due to RAIN, HIGH WIND, NO RAIN DATE.
We strive to keep our event unique and only accept one to two alike vendors. Applications will be reviewed as they are submitted, and we will continue to review applications until all categories are filled. **This is being highly done this year**
Acceptances will be emailed to the email you list below along with an attachment for payment.
Payments must be submitted within 3 days, or we will move forward with other candidates. Due to high interest in our event, we strive to give everybody an equal opportunity.
You are responsible for all setup materials (ex: tables, tents, chairs, etc.)
Electricity is NOT available. Outdoor Event
Important Vendor Information:
Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for all belongings.
Rustic Edge Designs/Falls Farm/Highland Cattle Co. is NOT LIABLE for anything lost, stolen, or any damages to personal or business property.
Vendors will be held liable for any property damage by any one person in your party.
Vendors are responsible for permits, licenses, and taxes.
Bakery / Food vendors MUST have a health department license, that is renewed by September 2025.
We DO NOT allow copyright items. Ex: Yellowstone, Disney etc. No Dupes
No drama will be not tolerated if this issue arises you will be dismissed from the event and your vendor fee will be forfeited.
No alcohol or drugs on premises
Vendors are NOT allowed to share spots or advertise other businesses unless approved, if this occurs you will be asked to leave, and your vendor fee will be forfeited.
Only 1-2 vehicles per vendor are allowed.
Vendors are NOT allowed to enter the walking area with a vehicle until 3 pm! (If this happens you will not be allowed back to our event, this is for liability reasons.) If you have an emergency and must leave you will need to contact me during the event, for us to assist you with the best way to exit the event. No Vendor Handicap Parking due to parking limitations for customers. You must be able to walk from vendor parking to your space etc…
Each vendor may have two helpers before needing to purchase tickets for additional helpers.
Please understand that this event is held on a working cattle farm. We do try our best to remove all manure from the field before the event. Please understand that there may be some missed near your vendor spot.
