Returns:
All sales are final, except in cases of damaged or defective items. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us via email or Facebook Messenger with a description of the issue.
To process your return, we require:

Detailed photos of the damaged or defective item
Important: Do not send your item back before contacting us. Items returned without prior communication may not be eligible for a refund.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is processed.
