Vendor fees are nonrefundable, non transferable, and no exceptions will be made.

This is an outdoor event. Electricity is not available.

Vendors are responsible for all setup materials (tables, tents, chairs, etc.).

The event will be canceled in the event of rain or high winds (no rain date).

Payment must be submitted within 3 days to secure your space. Due to high interest, unpaid spots will be offered to other applicants.
