Shipping & Tracking:
All items are shipped to the address provided at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
The Stockyard Boutique is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged once scanned by the post office. If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before submitting a claim with the carrier. This helps ensure your claim is processed smoothly.

Returns:
All sales are final, except in cases of damaged or defective items. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us via email or Facebook Messenger with a description of the issue.
To process your return, we require:
Your order number
Detailed photos of the damaged or defective item
Important: Do not send your item back before contacting us. Items returned without prior communication may not be eligible for a refund.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is processed.
